Next, smile as wide as you can, keep your lips closed and keep the corners of your mouth turned up, rather like a gigantic smile without opening your lips. Now wrinkle your nose about so your cheeks move upward. Hold this position for five seconds then relax. Repeat 10 times.

4) Exercising The Forehead

This exercise will help reduce wrinkles on the forehead, it can also gently tone the skin. Step 1, using the tips of both index fingers, position them just above both eyes, but below the eyebrows. Next, lift your eyebrows as high as you can whilst pulling down on the skin below your eyebrows with your thumbs.

Hold each movement for 5 seconds then relax. Repeat this 10 times. This can really firm up your forehead to reduce wrinkles.
